We have reserved a block of Deluxe Rooms at $330.00 per night, Premium Fireplace Rooms at $429.00 per night, and Two-Bedroom Condominiums at $799.00 per night for our conference attendees. All rooms are subject to tax. To receive this special rate please make your reservation no later than June 13, 2013. In addition, rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and often sell out before the cut-off date so early reservations are recommended. Rooms with two beds especially likely to fill first in the summer. There is a 40% deposit required at the time of reservation and full, non-refundable, payment is due 21 days before arrival. Please ask your hotel reservationist for more information on the cancellation and refund policies. Consider purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen cancellations.
