PRE-TRAVEL COVID-19 TESTING RESOURCES
The state of Hawaii has instated additional safeguards for residents and guests, including requiring travelers to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival into Hawaii in order to avoid quarantine. We have endeavored to keep current with applicable State of Hawaii policy, but each guest is responsible for complying with the requirements imposed for quarantine-free travel to Hawaii. Traveling to Maui
Kahului Airport (OGG) is the Maui’s main airport. There is also a smaller commuter airport between Ka’anapali and Kapalua, the Kapalua Airport (JHM) in West Maui. Many airlines offer non-stop flights direct to Maui. You may also fly into Honolulu International Airport (HNL) on Oahu before heading to Maui on a short, 30-minute flight.
You can get around Maui by shuttle, tour bus, taxi, or public transportation. But to really experience all that Maui offers you should consider reserving a rental car in advance from the Kahului or Kapalua Airport.
Traveling to Kauai
The Grand Hyatt Kauai is located on Poipu Beach in Koloa, Kauai. The resort is a half-hour drive from Lihue airport, Many airlines offer nonstops to Kauai (Lihue Airport), or connect through Honolulu (HNL) a short 20 minute flight from Honolulu International Airport.
You can get around Kauai by taxi, but to really experience Kauai you should consider reserving a rental car.

Objectives

- This course is designed to provide the tools for participants to enhance interpretation skills utilizing the latest imaging technologies. Lectures and cases will cover evidence-based practice techniques and protocols for improved diagnostic accuracy in multiple applications.At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Use contemporary imaging techniques and protocols in thoracic imaging to accurately diagnose, stage and manage diseases
- Discuss the treatment of the liver
- Outline CT protocols and techniques in abdominal imaging for improved clinical diagnosis of diseases
- Utilize advanced CT for cardiothoracic imaging
- Develop differential diagnosis that relates to the pertinent imaging and clinically relevant findings for each of the cases covered in this course
- Outline the fundamentals of the latest advanced techniques in MRI and CT including their current roles and limitations in clinical practice
- Integrate information presented in this course into efforts to improve the imaging skills of the participants
