You can book your room reservation with your registration. A two-night room and tax deposit will be applicable at time of booking. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and usually sell out early. The balance of your stay will be charged on June 26th, 2025. Cancellation Policy: Cancel by June 25, 2025 for a full refund less 1 night stay forfeit. Cancellations after June 25th are non-refundable. Please consider travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Group Surcharge (Resort Fee): A mandatory $16.00, per person, plus applicable taxes, daily Group Surcharge that is not included in above applicable room rates. This daily Group Surcharge covers porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet, fitness centre access, complimentary PressReader (online access to international newspapers and magazines) and select resort activities.
Fairmont and Deluxe guestrooms are located throughout the hotel complex, including the main hotel, Gatehouse, and Conference Centre wings. Please note that Fairmont category has a maximum occupancy of two persons including children. View is not guaranteed for any room category.
When sharing a room over and above double occupancy, each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $50.00 CAD for Deluxe, Gatehouse, Studio, Junior Suite, Gatehouse Suite, One Bedroom Suite, and Summit Two Bedroom Suite categories, per night, plus applicable surcharges and/or taxes. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 17 years who share with their parents. This charge may change from time to time without notice.

Fairmont Gold guestrooms are located on the 4th and 5th floors, and the Gold Lounge is on the 5th Floor.

Banff Fishing on Lake Minnewanka
Lake Minnewanka is the largest lake in Banff National Park and is about 8 km from Banff town site. This 21 km long, 2 km wide lake, with depths of over 400 feet, may or may not be home to spirits, but it is certainly home to very healthy wild Lake Trout and Rocky Mountain Whitefish.
