All Inclusive Add-on: If you would like to add on the all inclusive package to your reservation you will be able to do so upon check-in at the resort. Add-On rates are not released yet but it will average approximately is $241.00 + 16% Tax and 15% Service fee per person per night. Casitas and rooms are reserved for course participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and may sell out before the cut-off date.
If reserving your room prior to your registration your course registration must follow within 7 days of booking your room. Contact CME Science at info@cmescience.com if you need an exception to the policy or need assistance. Each registered attendee is allowed up to two rooms. Any additional reservations will need to be accompanied by a non-attendee registration of $1095USD.
