We have reserved a block of Deluxe Double Queen Rooms at $419.00 per night, King Balcony Rooms at $449.00 per night, King with Sofa bed and Fireplace Rooms at $499.00 per night, 1 Bedroom Suites at $699.00 per night, and 2 Bedroom Suites at $989 per night for our conference attendees. All rooms are subject to tax and a daily resort fee of $36 per night, which includes: Internet access, business center computer access with printing and faxing capabilities, local phone calls, daily morning lobby newspapers, two in-room bottles of water on day of arrival, lobby coffee & afternoon beverage, in-room coffee, postcard mailing, and self-parking (valet parking is an additional $18/night). To receive this special rate please make your reservation no later than May 21, 2025. After this date there may still be rooms available at group rate. If not showing online, please call. In addition, rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and often sell out before the cut-off date so early reservations are recommended. Rooms with two beds especially likely to fill first in the summer. There is a 40% deposit required at the time of reservation and full, non-refundable, payment is due 21 days before arrival. We recommend booking well in advance, even if unsure of final plans, as car rental reservations, unless you select a non-refundable pre-pay, are usually cancel-able without penalty. Kayaking

Fly Fishing

Your professional guide will provide instructions for all levels of experience and all trips include necessary gear. Wildlife Tours
Jackson Hole is blessed to be in close proximity to two of the most magnificent national parks in the country; Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. Hiking
Grand Teton National Park is extremely “hiker friendly.” Trails are well-maintained and marked and the Concierge team can provide you with maps and tips to send you out to explore on your own. We can also set you up on a guided hiking tour that is led by a naturalist. The local naturalist guide will acquaint you with the wildflowers, birds, wildlife, history and geology of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Mountain Biking
Flying down the mountain on a pair of skis is not really an option during the summer, but hopping on a mountain bike can be just as exhilarating. Set out on your own or join a guided tour. The Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has been hard at work designing and building a brand new bike park. There are trail options available for every level including novice trails to advanced and jump trails. The Teewinot chair lift opens June 16th for summer biking.
