A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the special rates starting at $409/night.
Rates are for single or double occupancy. For additional guests, $30.00 per person will apply for each guest over the age of 12; not to exceed four guests per guest room.The Guest Room Rate is subject to a 23.20% charge that includes the Cable Beach Resort Association levy, the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board levy and all applicable VATs. Additional charges include a $30.00/per night Resort Fee plus VAT and a $20.63 Service Fee.
To receive these special rates, please make your reservation no later than Friday, January 22, 2027. After that, the rooms at our discount rates cannot be guaranteed. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first served basis, and may sell out before the cut-off date.

If reserving your room prior to your registration your course registration must follow within 7 days of booking your room. Contact CME Science at info@cmescience.com if you need an exception to the policy or need assistance. Each registered attendee is allowed up to two rooms. Any additional reservations will need to be accompanied by a non-attendee registration of $1,095.

Nassau is situated just 50 miles off the cost of Florida. It is the easiest Caribbean destination to get to with over 50 nonstops a day arriving from the US and Canada, and daily nonstops from London. The Baha Mar Resort is just a 10 minute drive from Nassau Airport.

Arriving Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS): Located just 6 miles from The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
Departing Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS): Nassau Airport is a US Immigration Preclearance Facility. When flying out of LPIA, if you’re U.S. bound you’ll conveniently clear Customs and Immigration on the ground in Nassau. That’s because LPIA is a U.S. pre-clearance facility. LPIA also has the convenience of Automated Passport Control (APC) kiosks for faster processing through U.S. Customs. Arrive at the airport a bit early and you land in the US like you’ve gotten off of a domestic flight. Preclearance is convenient for passengers who will be connecting — it reduces stress wondering if you’ll miss your connection, and it allows for shorter connecting time.
Transfers Between Nassau Airport and The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar
For a visitor arriving at Nassau, transportation to Baha Mar is very easy.
Taxis are lined up outside the arrivals area at Lynden Pindling International Airport.
The drive is only about 10–12 minutes (6 miles / 9 km).
Typical fare is roughly $35–50 depending on passengers, luggage, and exact destination within the resort.
Most taxis are not metered, so confirm the fare before getting in.
Uber and Lyft do not operate in The Bahamas
