Additional Charges, Fees and Guest Room Tax
Mandatory: Reduced Resort Experience Fee: $25 USD ($34 CAD) per room, per night). Includes porterage, business centre access, wireless guest room internet, fitness centre access
Mandatory: Restaurants, room service, spa and golf course credit. $100.00 USD ($135 CAD), per room per night. This is rebated back to the guest's room account as a credit to use towards any of the hotel outlets: restaurants, bars, room service, spa, golf. Retail not included. Taxes (and gratuities if applicable) are not included in the credit amount. This is an accumulative amount of resort credit and does not need to be spent as a per day allowance but as a total during your stay. As an example, if you book a 4-night stay, your hotel credit is for $540 CAD to use throughout your stay. Unused credit is not refundable.

Fees for additional persons in guest room: When sharing a room over and above double occupancy, each extra adult (18+ years) will be charged an additional $55 USD per night, plus tax. No charge for children up to age of 17 years who share with their parents. Exception: This fee increases to $75 USD adult/$40 USD child ages 6-17, for Fairmont Gold Rooms and Suites.

Fairmont and Deluxe guestrooms are located throughout the hotel complex, including the main hotel, Gatehouse, and Conference Centre wings. The "Fairmont category" has a maximum occupancy of two persons including children. Fairmont Gold guestrooms are located on the 4th and 5th floors, and the Gold Lounge is on the 5th Floor.View is not guaranteed for any room category.
