Standard Room at $469/night; Resort View at $499.00/night; Partial Ocean View at $529.00/night; Deluxe Ocean View at $589.00/night; Standard View Suite at $919.00/night
All room are exclusive of state and local taxes, currently at 18.5% total. A discounted resort fee of $40.00 + 18.5% tax per night is payable directly to the hotel.

Rooms are sold first-come, first-served and may sell out before the cut-off date of October 8, 2027.
Each registered attendee may reserve up to two rooms. If you need additional rooms or suites, please register another person in your party as a non-attendee.
Cancellation Policy
By September 24, 2027: 100% refundable less a 3% credit card fee
Between September 25- October 20, 2027: All cancellations received within this time period will be assessed two nights’ room rate, plus applicable taxes. Any adjustments to the reservations will be assessed half of the cancelled night(s) rate, plus applicable taxes.
October 20, 2027 to Arrival Date: Any and all adjustments to a reservation within this period, which may include full or partial cancellation or no shows, will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes.
Please consider travel insurance or use a credit card that includes insurance in case you must cancel after the refundable period.
Notice to members of World of Hyatt Loyalty program: We have been informed that the WOH program does not award points on special rates, such as group rates, but will award points on your incidental expenditures at the hotel. Please contact the WOH program directly if you have questions.

Hiking on Kauaʻi
Since 90% of Kauaʻi is inaccessible by road, hiking is a great way to see the island's natural splendor first-hand.
On the West Side, Waimea Canyon and Kōkeʻe State Park offer some of the best hiking trails on the island. Spread over 4,325 acres, Kōkeʻe State Park features trails leading to scenic lookouts (like the Awaʻawapuhi Trail) and hikes for the family (Cliff Canyon and Black Pipe Trail).

How to Get to Kauai and Grand Hyatt Kauai
Fly into Kauaʻi’s Līhuʻe Airport (LIH). Many airlines offer direct service to Kauaʻi, or change planes in Honolulu (it's a short 20 minute flight between HNL and LIH).
From Lihu'e airport to the Grand Hyatt (a 30 minute drive): We recommend pre-booking a taxi or rental car. There is a taxi phone at the airport and Uber/Lyft drivers on the island but for a no-wait experience, pre-booking is a good idea. Rental cars are recommended for those who plan on exploring the island and the hotel offers complimentary self-parking for hotel guests. Call the hotel concierge for recommended taxi services.
