Room rates are per night and are subject to occupancy/local taxes and a daily resort fee of $39.00 per room.

Make your reservation by June 10, 2027; after this date the group rate is not guaranteed. Rooms are reserved for course participants on a first-come, first-served basis, and OFTEN sell out before the cut-off date. A Two-Night stay deposit is required at the time of reservation and stay balance is due prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Early check-outs are non-refundable. Consider purchasing trip insurance for unforeseen cancellations. Rooms booked in our block that are not accompanied by paid a registration will automatically be canceled on Day 8 to open the space for a registrant. (Please make sure the registrant's name is the same name the room is held under to avoid auto-cancellation).

Yellowstone National Park
Explore the heart of the last intact ecosystem in the lower 48 and feel transported to another world. In the early 1800s, the earliest white explorers in Yellowstone reported on the fantastical sights they saw in this area—boiling mud and water erupting from the ground—but everyone thought these were tall tales. An official government survey party in 1870 mapped and documented the same “fantastical” sights, though. Within two years, Yellowstone became protected as the first national park in the U.S.

Fly Fishing
The pursuit of trout brings anglers to some of the most beautiful destinations in nature, none more worthy than Jackson Hole. Floating the Snake River in a drift boat as it meanders past the Tetons or wading on the banks of a stream deep in Yellowstone National Park are spectacular experiences whether you catch any fish or not. However, your chances of experiencing some of the best fishing in the West are more than just good in Jackson Hole — they’re legendary.
Over 4,000 Lakes and Reservoirs
One of our favorites is Jenny Lake. Jenny Lake is one of the most visited areas in Grand Teton National Park. Tucked away at the base of the Teton Range, the lake is a centerpiece of the park. From the east shore, visitors have views of Teewinot Mountain, Mount St. John, and into Cascade Canyon. From the west shore, visitors can look back across the lake towards the valley of Jackson Hole.
Hiking in Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks
Grand Teton National Park is extremely “hiker friendly.” Trails are well-maintained and marked and the Concierge team can provide you with maps and tips to send you out to explore on your own. We can also set you up on a guided hiking tour that is led by a naturalist. The local naturalist guide will acquaint you with the wildflowers, birds, wildlife, history and geology of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Guests can also take the Jackson Hole Aerial Tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for unforgettable experience. Hike around the summit and enjoy spectacular mountain vista. Horseback Riding and Chuckwagon Dinners
Traveling by horse drawn covered wagons you are swept away from the Town of Jackson into beautiful Cache Creek Canyon. With your own wrangler to guide you, they will drive your team of horses up the trail. Contact The Bar-T
Mountain Biking at the Jackson Hole Bike Park
Options abound for every level including novice trails for the uninitiated as well as eye-opening advanced trails and jump tracks. Sail over tabletops, flow around corners and then catch the Teewinot Chairlift or Sweetwater Gondola for a quick ride back to the top.
Rodeo: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 8pm

Teton Village is located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, is located next to Grand Teton National Park, and only 14 miles from Jackson Hole Airport.

A car rental note: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise and National are the only car rental agencies on-site at the airport. The other car rental companies in Jackson Hole are located downtown and require a shuttle ride from the airport to the downtown office to pick up the car.

How To Prevent High Altitude Illness
Move to higher altitudes gradually. Give your body time to acclimate and adjust. After 8000 feet, ascend no more than 1000 feet per day. Keep in mind that it is easier to prevent many altitude related symptoms than to treat them once they develop. For more detailed information visit ismmed.org
- If you have a headache or lack of coordination or other symptoms of altitude illness, don’t go any higher.
- If possible, sleep at a lower altitude than you are at during the day.
- Ask your doctor if medications for altitude illness (acetazolamide (Diamox, Dazamide)) would be helpful for you.
- Carry rain gear/warm clothing because mountain weather can change quickly.
- Drink plenty of liquids while exercising (16-32 oz/hour or more in hotter weather).
- Wear light-colored clothes that wick moisture, like Cool-Max.
- Use sunscreen to help prevent sunburn.
- If you feel your performance drop quickly, rest and try to cool off.
- Do not drink alcohol/caffeine before or immediately after exercising at altitude.
